FAQ

When your order status changes to "Processed" that means that your order has been packed. Once your order status changes to "Shipped" that means that your order has been taken to the post office and you are given a tracking number.
You can use the websites 17track.net and ship24.com in tracking your package. Please remember to wait 7 to 10 days before inputting the tracking number given to you. If you've made an order and are residing anywhere in North America or Europe, that could stretch up to 2 - 3 months.
If you have ordered multiple times, please send us an email at fiendishpal.art@gmail.com to inform us about it. This way, we could refund the multiple shipping fees charged from you and so we wouldn't miss any items when we start packing your order! However, once your first order has been shipped out before you make a second one, your shipping fee from your second order can no longer be refunded.
Packages are sometimes returned due to incomplete addresses. You can either ask for a refund or for me to resend the order. If you choose the latter, you will be asked to shoulder the shipping fee to resend the package. We will only resend the package once the original mail is returned to me. We will not be sending out a new one.
