You can choose between two options on how the parcel will be delivered. It can either be by DHL Express or by PHLPOST. I highly recommend DHL Express if you are ordering for a group.

Before choosing which courier service to use, please refer to this guide as to which zone your country is categorized in. Shipping fee for DHL Express are flat rates, depending on the country of destination. However if you are ordering for a group, the fee might change depending on the size and weight of the package.

Shipping fee for PHLPOST will depend on the weight of your package. All the items on your shopping bag's weight will be calculated according to the appropriate fees allocated by PHLPOST. All orders handled by PHLPOST will be shipped through International Registered Mail.

Delivery time would typically take up 3 to 5 weeks, but due to the pandemic, the time of delivery might be affected. So please be mindful of this as you wait for your package to arrive.

Before you hit checkout, please double check if your country is able to receive inbound mail from the Philippines.

• DOMESTIC

For domestic orders, you will be required to supply fiendishpal.art your contact number as it is needed by the third party, GOGO Express, to contact you once your package is on the way to you or is being delivered.

Please note that once the packages have been shipped out or sent to their respective couriers, fiendishpal.art will not be able to answer inquiries regarding any difficulties or upsets that are caused by your local post office. Any further delay of your package outside of fiendishpal.art’s jurisdiction (i.e package has been handed over to respective courier, item has been delivered to the country’s local post office), please handle them accordingly with your local post office.
